Bad service

Hi this is to express my disappointment at the service at Mandini Spar. Today 24 April 2024 around 17:00 I went in to store to get my essentials as I did always, I proceeded to the Hot foods area where I found a lady serving one person and she had finished and I waited she began cleaning her counter while I waited, I then called her and said "sorry I'm waiting to be served" she just ignored until a young man served me as I was buying fried fish I then confronted the lady about her bad service because this was the 2nd that I had gotten bad service from her. I then asked for the Manager who was not there and I spoke to the Indian guy who said he was the Assistant manager. Now this particular Spar is my neighboring store and I'm very much upset about the service of that lady. Please deal with this matter as a matter of urgency. Regards NdlovuMH
