bad servce

I experience bad service from cashier PHENDILE THOKA. I do not like how she serviced me. I paid and asked for a plastic. she kept quiet and put the plastic on the desk and did not put my goods in the plastic. she kept quiet and did not ask me if I can just put my goods on my plastic myself.
