Bad safety at Zambesi Spar

Today me and my family stopped at our local spar (zambesi spar in derdepark), we walked past the long refrigerators that holds all the frozen veggies and they had a half rubber mat down on half of the walk way and the other part of the floor was completely covered in water. The staff members who were busy cleaning the refrigerator (there was about 5 of them) were blocking the rubber mat which left no other option but the soaking wet floor. My 9 year old son slipped and fell extremely hard and nobody did a damn thing. I asked to speak to the manager who was nowhere in sight. My husband took photos of the area where my son fell and the the staff was quick to clean and dry the wet floor. We waited 20 min for the manager who was a no show, the supervisor (Rebecca) did nothing except apparently tell the staff to clean up quick. The then proceeded to pack cases of cooldrinks (2 cases) at one end of the walk way supposedly blocking the path. No floor wet signs were put down or any help offered. My sons back and arm is bruised from the fall and all they did was try and cover it up as quickly as possible. If it was my husband that fell (who already has a fractured hip) we would have been forced to go back on a single income.
