Bad products on the shelf

Today 6/11/2022 I sent my son to buy bread and milk from Kwikspar in Table View, when I got home I saw the bread has mold on it and it has already expired on the 4/11/2022. How can this product still be on the shelf? I also have photos of the receipt as well as the bread and sell by date.
