Bad product, attitude & service

Usually buy cakes at Spar and always satisfied, but bought on Tuesday 10 November for my daughters' birthday, red velvet cupcakes and big caramel swiss roll. Cupcakes were old and sour and caramel swiss roll was pink inside (usually vanilla sponge) tasted and looked cheap. Was only refunded for cupcakes coz I had to serve the cake to guests and wanted to put in a complaint about the colour and taste of the swiss roll, was told to speak to Yunus at the counter. Waited for +-10 minutes, no Yunus and then left. The initial person who \helped"me(large black lady at information counter) was very dismissive"
