Bad/ Poor customer service

<p>On 25/05/2016 I went to shop at umtata Circle spar, I saw Wheetbix on Special had a price of R9.99 then I took 2, when I'm at till point the price was R17.99. I showed the casheir Nomvuyiso Makrwede the price I saw she called a supervisor "Bulelwa Madikane" who gave me negative attitude and told she will call her superior. A man came and asked the problem I told him what I saw he then told me the price I saw is wrong, but who's fault is that? He then told me that if I don't want to understand I must leave the wheetbix. </p> <p>I ended up buying 1 box, from the cashier up to the man who they said was the Manager not a single one of them apologized about the false advertisment which mislead the customers. </p> <p>Please do something.</p>
