Bad manners and behavior towards a customer.

I enjoy buying my groceries at Spar Algoa Park because the shop is clean and at the service areas the staff is friendly and helpful. I NEVER had a problem shopping at that store..but a month ago everything changes.I walk into the store in the afternoon and walk to the bakery side.I want to buy a cake for my family.We as family enjoyed a carrot cake the one of R50.Sometimes we dont buy one cake we buy two cakes.I went to the table in the middle and I saw there were no carrot cakes on the table.I looked around and I saw alot of crates with cakes in standing near the tables.I looked around and I saw one of the staff at the bakery side cleaning the floors of the bakery.I ask her,please will you help me because I want a cake at one of that crates. SHE ANSWER ME WAIT IM COMING BUT SHE STILL CLEAN THE FLOORS.WHILE IM WALKING A WAY. I WAIT 3 SECONDS BEFORE SHE CAME,BECAUSE WHEN I WALK AWAY SHE STILL CLEANING THE FLOORS.When she came SHE TRY TO TAKE A CAKE OUT OF THE CRATE.BUT THE FIRST CAKE SHE BROKE THE HANDLE OF THE CONTAINER WHERE THE CAKE IS IN.I TOLD HER I DONT WANT A BROKEN HANDLE .BUT THE SECOND CAKE IT HAPPEN AGAIN.THE THIRD CAKE I TOOK OUT MYSELF BECAUSE WHEN SHE TOOK OUT THE SECOND CAKE SHE BROKE THE CONTAINER AGAIN AND I SAID TOO HER LET ME TAKE IT OUT MYSELF. CAN YOU BELIEF IT SHE BACK CHAT ME.SHE SAID EVERY ONE WILL BREAK BUT WHEN I TOOK IT OUT THE CONTAINER DIDNT BROKE.SO I TOLD HER YOU ARE VERY CHEECKY AND SAID IM GOING TO HER MANAGER TO REPORT HER BEHAVIOR.WHEN I RETURNED WITH THE SUPERVISOR OF THE STORE INFRONT SHE WAS NOT ON HER POSE..WE STAND A WHILE AND THEN SHE CAME OUT FROM SOMEWHERE.Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHY DO SHE BACK CHAT?WHY DO SHE LET ME WAIT WHILE SHE CLEANING THE FLOORS.SO PLEASE 'TREAT ANY CUSTOMER IN A RIGHT MANNER and please keep your remarks for your yourself.A customer is always right.
