Bad manners

Well I went into spar algoa park to bought for my son a tea time cake because he love that specific cake on his birthday ..I saw it's still in a crate..I ask a lady at the back off the counter at the bakery side to help me she said to me a customer to wait while she is still.mopping the floor at the back of the counter ...She came after a few minutes .Each container she took out she break the handle of the tea time.cake ..The 2nd time she broke it too and give it to.me the customer ..I told her I dont want a broke one because I pay for it and why must I take a broken handle what she broke ..So I help myself with the 3rd cake and I didnt broke any handle ...So her remark was in a very cheeky way ...every handle will break...I complaint towards a supervisor because how can a staff member be so cheeky and un concern of customer service ...I do my shopping at that store and who give her the write to be so rude...please teach her manners ...
