Bad Management&Assault by Security Gaurd in Hoody

I've been a loyal client of this Spar for 9 years and have always loved their friendly service and fresh produce. However, we've had a bad experience on Sunday 08/02/2015 and I will never return to this Spar again. We were having a braai so we decided to stock up on some of our favourite goodies. At the till I realized we never took a bottle of wine so I asked the cashier and the supervisor behind him if we are still able to purchase a bottle, they rep**** yes. My friend got it and we PAID. When we tried to leave the manager stormed to us and YELLED that we could not leave. I was so embarrased and upset, especially since I ASKED and PAID. My boyfriend had enough and tried to leave when a man in a hoody jumped in front of him and assaulted him. He grabbed our groceries and knocked the wine to the floor. Only afterwards did he remove his jacked and was identified as the security guard. Had the manager, Rams, approached us in a decent manner it would've been different. When I followed up with the OWNER Werner, he informed me that from what he HEARD it was our fault!He didn't even bother to look at the footage first. We apparently STOLE the wine,but they gave us a refund? What a JOKE!
