Bad experience at Tops Silverton

Tops Silverton, the worst experience: 1. 1 teller, line was long 2. Unhelpful Teller (I asked her if the belgravia ciders were on special, she proceeded to tell me if I don’t see it on the paper then it’s not). After scanning my items, I had to ask her if she not going to request for my rewards or phone number, she then said no… 3. Manager was very impolite. I asked for the special for the balagravia ciders (which was a national sale), she then told me hers starts next week - i then proceeded to ask for a refund, she asked where is my slip… walked out (i assumed to the store next door) and came back and gave me my money. I proceeded to Tops at Denlyn were I got the special and a teller there told me that another customer came from the same Tops in Silverton for a special and was not assisted.
