bad experience

I previously collected stickers for the lunch boxes , when i needed to pay those lunch boxes i was told they are out of stock . to my surprise the new stickers for pots are now active , why dont you do as pick n pay did , pick n pay took customers cell numbers and once the bowls were available they called customers . why cant u exchange the current stickers that i have with the new or organize the lunch boxes
