Bad experience

Im not sure this issue needs to be addressed to. I am deeply dissapointed with atm's in Century Spar Parow. Everytime i come to draw money theres no noted available. But irritating the screen shows no error msgs that there is no notrs available in the atm, only after u have entered the amount it shows no notes available. Im not sure if this is a Spar or Capitec issue, but this is getting ridiculous. I wanted to buy chips at the fisheries,luckily i asked them first if they take card,otherwise i would have placed an order there and then not get any cash out the atm. Thort id go inside spar and buy chips there at the back by the warm foods, but to my luck i get there and there is not even hot chips...really? At 18:15 no hot chips, when that the time people will come and buy foods for supper. I use to like shopping at that spar but there service is becoming a disaster! They wont see me soon again!
