Bad experience

I am a regular customer at our neighbourhood Spar. Previously the shop was a Pick n Pay with a friendly staff and helpful management. We were very excited when this was upgraded to a Spar. But quickly disappointed with the rude management and even the same cashiers are now unfriendly. 2 weeks ago I quickly pop in to buy a few nessessaties when I slipped and fell on the floor next to the fruit and vegetable area. The floor was wet and there was a piece of cucumber on the floor. I fell on my knee and it was realy a painful experience. No one came to assist me, so I approach the manager who was standing 5 m from me. He totally ignored me. The stores' floors are dirty and I am very disappointed on how I as customer were dealt with
