Bad delivery service. Shame on you Spar

Very unhappy with spar Glen Acres , Kempton park.delivery service today. I placed my order at 12h36. Waa promised deliver between 13h00 and 14h00. At 14h09 I received a message order was delivered and thank for shopping. I phoned customer care and olny received my order at 14h45. 2 hours after placing my order. The food was dreadfull and cold. This is the second time.

I used to prefer Spar over Checkers because of the service, definitely not the prices. Sorry but you lost a loyal customer today
