bad customer servive

I sent a child to go buy fish bakes however he bought fish fingers, which I returned and spoke to a Spar manager by the name of Kingsley who refused to exchange the product and started shouting and telling I have an attitude and simply turned away from me and ignored me, and subsequently left me in the office and a lady came to assist (she was humble and very professional ) and assisted me in changing the product, I logged this query with the store and I have not received any response since.
