Bad customer service from Spar Thavhani mall

Today I went to spar Thavhani mall to purchase bread, upon my arrival, both brown and white Sasko bread were R14.99,decided to take white, went to the till to pay. The cashier scanned and it said R16.99 I told her how much I saw it for, she called the supervisor(young lady with the light complextion) she told the cashier I should go with her and show her the price then she voided the transaction, the cashier saw exact same thing, even Sasko's Reps told her that the bread is R14.99. When we arrived on the till instead of being assisted I have been given a run around telling me that the person who should assist me is not around, I should wait. I waited for 15 minutes and there was no one who came to tell me what was going on, even the cashier vanished into their office until I decided to leave as it was my lunch time.
