Bad customer service from Spar

It's been a month now since I send a complaint to spar head office about a piece of hard plastic that I found in the whole chicken that I bought at SPAR zevenwacht mall no one got back to me and I'm a regular shopper at SPAR but I see now I must do my shopping somewhere else from now on cause spar don't care about its customers everytime the email reply come back someone will attend to my complain this is really bad service spar
