Bad customer service

I went to Spar at about 19:15 to get something to eat ( shawarma to be specific)for myself and the kids, the ladies serving rudely told that they cannot assist, as they were closing without an explanation but Surprisingly the store closes at 21:00 and there is no notice that food is sold until 19:00 or 19:00 the blatantly refused to assist. Those two ladies and their supervisor lack good customer service they dragged the Spar brand into the mud.
