Bad Customer Service.

So today morning I felt like having juice early in the morning, so I went to my local Spar shop. After purchasing my juice, I went to the till i was followed by some lady and her sister. These ladies were buying groceries and were busy comparing prices that fit their budget out of the blue some lady i assume is the floor manager makes a rude announcement that COVID-19 protocols must be observed. These ladies did not hear the announcement so the floor Supervisor approached them rudely without greeting yelling that they should stand 1M apart, mind you these people are wearing their masks. The customer than a explains to the Supervisor that we are together and came together and asking why was she yeling. The floor Supervisor than told the teller to close the till and not to sell to these customers. I was so furious because number one the tellers were slow and now you have a rude Supervisor. Clearly Spar knows nothing about Customer services and with so many Spar stores closing I guess now you know why people would rather go to other stores. I never been so discussed and angry early in the morning to make it worse. I ended up not even drinking the juice I went to buy.
