Bad customer service at spar mums mall security went out wth us to fight

This morning i went to spar to go buy milk braai pack i went to pay told the cashier iddnt put other braai pack but told the cashier its two packets but she scan one as go out give the security my slip told me iddnt pay other braai pack ohk told him ohk let pay he said no thts not how thy do things ok he called his colleague and a lady came she says we must go at back to meet Jacob store manager we went no body came she went out came back wth fotage and says the store manager said imst pay 3x or call the police I said to them iam not gonna pay3x call the police and the security lady said we must pay wht an embarrassment and wast of my time spar mums mall store manager or risk manager you need train your security we really fell so embarrassed now all the customers thy look at us the worse a security guy whn we leaving i fighting my husband inside the store even went out wth us busy pointing at my husband and swearing at him tht whn i call centre security to help 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
