bad customer service at Spar Mdantsane nu13

this serves a complaint regarding the ***** that took place via my debit card without my consent. the matter took place at Spar Mdantsane Nu 13 dated on the19 December 2019. I visited the shop to buy my groceries and noticed that there was a transaction that occurred . The lady that committed the ***** is EZZE merchandiser,I then reported the matter to the manager Mr Sicelo Thompson and of which i never got any satisfaction from his response and also reported to the matter to the police and the case was opened . I was then told to go and get my refund at Spar. i did not get my money up until now Whilst engaging with the manager that deals with this case notified me that its not his job to report the matter to where the lady is employed.and secondly i can not get the money back .I am very surprised , shocked and disappointing with the kind of attitude nor behavior that the manger displayed , I escalated the matter to Mpumelelo Mhlophe who is at the head office who stated that the matter will be resolved and she/he has escalated to the director its been over a months with no response , no answering of the emails that i have been sending to Mpumelelo Mhlophe
