Bad customer service at Spar Gugulethu.

On the 14the of November 2025 I went to do groceries at Spar in Gugulethu Mall, I bought x2 country fair 5kg Chicken, the 1st 5kg didn't have a problem at, yesterday I opened the 2nd one and defrosted it, I noticed that It had a terrible smell on it and I quickly checked my slip, unfortunately I couldn't find the slip, I checked on my app since I swapped when I was purchasing the groceries, and I quickly went to Spar.

A male manager was called to attend to me, I waited for a good 15minutes and eventually he came and I explained the problem, his response was because Right don't have slip they can't assist me, I advise him to check on the system because I know that can be done, he said that will take him too much time which he doesn't have, and I told them then they can have it and left the shop without any help, I do not wish to spend any cent with Spar anymore because of the managers poor customer service.
