Bad customer service at Soutpansberg Tops.

I visited Tops at Spar Shop No 1 Baobab Street Louis Trichardt on the 18/12/2019 to buy 12 of Black Label 500MLs,it was on special selling for R119. 99 but there was no 12 Pack so Cashier Ndivhuwo told me to bring 2*6Packs she will authorize since 12Pack is finished. Everything went well. So i returned on the 24/12/2019 same shop in Soutpansberg Tops and i was told there's no longer 12 Pack available so i can't buy on Special, i tried explaining what happened on the 18th but the same lady Ndivhuwo said she remembers me but i didn't buy Black Label since even then there was no 12pack,i went to the car and returned with the receipt to show I'm not day dreaming, yohhh the treatment i got from the floor manager was shocking, he was shouting at me in front of customers that i had to beg him not to shout because i was not trying to start drama but to get clarity, he didn't even give a chance to look at the matter but told when where to get off, the guy didn't stop screaming until i walk away out of shame. I believe he could've handled it better knowing that it's common for shops to allow such transactions on normal days then when it's busy they make it not available, but the guy just shouted on me and it was very bad.someone needs to deal with this matter, you can't treat a customer like this just because it's a busy time
