Bad customer service at New Brighton Super Spar

I ordered a Barone cake for yesterday for my son Birthday 14 April 2019 in New Brighton Super Spar. I got a total opposite of what I ordered it tested nothing like Barone cake. When I got to the store the manager was not interested on what I was there they told me I should have brought back all the cake how can you have a Birthday party without a cake so to me they did not even care that they have ruined a special day for my son and there was no apologies from them and the told me a manager will call me I was there in the morning but until now no one has called me they made me think they don't care about the service they provide in black community and I'm one of their loyal customer but I think they will loose me as a customer they service is very bad
