Bad customer service

Today I was at Spar Parklane to grab some food but I end up losing my appetite because of the treatment I got from the Bakery staff and so called in charge lady. I don't know maybe they judge people by the looks or how they dressed, what was worst the manager came and brushed of the situation and walked away.
