Bad Customer Service

I went to Spar Marula in Lephalale (Marapong) to buy my self lunch. I When I got to the till points, I was served by Paulinah Motsoko. She was chatting to her colleague. I ask for cash back because I wanted to use it for something else. She did everything, but never gave a carry bag. I then asked her why isn't a carry bag. She started giving me a bad attitude. She said I must take the money she gave me for (cash Back) to buy the carry bag or I should swipe my card again. I then asked her to apologize for not asking if I wanted a bag or not she refused and said I can just go to the nearest hell. I there for ask to speak to the manager, whom he solved the problem. But I was not happy how he handled the matter.
