Bad customer service

I am very angry yesterday I went to spar in Bertrams then I was called to teller 3 the cashier never greet first thing I noted, she scanned what i bought and give me till slip I asked for a change, she gave me a dirty and torn R20 i returned to her asking for coins, she refused claiming all the coins are for the whole day, mind you the till drawer is full with coins then I went to the manager asking for change. He sent one staff that was close to him to ask for a change to a supervisor, she was the surprised why did she refused me change and gave me that 20,she was full of attitude even the manager was astonished with her bad attitude, Spar doesn't deserve workers like that Mpho, for that matter most South Africans in retail are full of bad attitude they don't know what customer service is i am a South African but if it's what this movements are fighting for retailers rather employ people who knows what they're employed for. To the Spar office please deal with that woman with her stinking attitude, she is paid for nothing yet chasing customers away.
