Bad customer service

I went to Spar summerbreeze in Summerstrand (Port Elizabeth) to request for a quotation for food for an upcoming event and asked to speak to the manager twice, she did not want to speak to me, she kept on saying that the supervisors are going to help me and to me at that moment the supervisors looked clueless and the 2nd time I went she was arrogant and rude to me and she told me straight to my face she is not going to do the quote because she doesn't get paid for this and I left without receiving any assistance and over all traumatized by how rude she was to me.
