Bad customer service.

I had the most disgusting thing happened to me. As the owner of a catering company I don't normally buy at shops, however on the 6th September 18 I had a function and was short of some custard for one of my deserts which I went to buy by the Spar in ? . I bought a C***** Custard 1L for R21.99 and when I opened it to use I noticed a strong stench coming from the carton. I returned the product to Spar and spoke to the manager on shift who promised me that she would have the rep as well as the store's owners phone me to sort out my issues with the product. Needless to say that up to this day nobody made an effort trying to phone me to do something about it.
