Bad Customer Service

I contacted Spar in April this year regarding their Zyliss Knife promotion, since my knives that I bought through them were already blunt. A lady called me back saying that they had received other complaints about the quality of the knives and were sorting the problem out and would get back to me. I have subsequently contacted them 3 more times through their Facebook page and each time I'm told that someone from customer services would be in touch but as yet no one has contacted me.
