Bad customer service

Good day. I am Lethabo Makgatho. I was at Spar in Garankuwa Zone 1 on the 30th of November 2019 around 7am. I went there to buy veggies and the store was filthy to an extreme way that a normal won't even buy from that store. I asked for the store manager and he came. He said his name was Alphy. I asked him why his store it's so filth and he gave an attire attitude and said he will fix the problem when he has time. I need to know where did he acquire his management style and his customer service. Are they taking advantage because we are in a location, hence they don't take us serious. I need that manager to be dealt with with immediate effect, and should be removed from that store. And I also going to report this to the Department of Health. I need feedback ASAP.
