Bad Customer Service

Good day, I was In Spar Mogwase in the North West on Sunday the 5th of November 2017 and received such a bad customer service ever. As we were at the cashier we requested to also withdraw money from our bank card, then that cashier sais she did not have enough funds or money in her till and she referred us to the other cashier. The other cashier by the name Ntebogang Motona just ignored us when we were explaining our request then later said she would not assist us because we did not pay at her till and as she said that she continued to discuss our issue with another customer. We had to wait there begging her to assist us, until when I approached the floor Supervisor, then the Supervisor requested her to assist us, she also took her time after that. This was my first time in that Mogwase Spar but the experience made me not to wish to visit that Spar again. I am very disappointed in the attitude that she gave us and her customer service is poor. From a very disappointed and unhappy Customer.
