Bad Customer Service

I do not appreciate at all being told that i must pack my own groceries, a supermarket should have packers. You can't expect a customer to pay and still pack their own groceries, most of us are not employed by Spar so packing groceries is not our jobs.

Spar Bloed Mall cashier Agnes has no sense of customer service and i despise bad customer service.

This was not the first time i was told in that particular store to pack my groceries, the service of Spar is as pathetic as the service you receive at Shoprite and for this reason i will pass these supermakets and travel further to a PnP or Checkers as those stores customer service is top notch.
