Bad Customer Service

On 28/11/2023 at 16:40 I had just made a purchase from Spar Morningfield in Parklands. As I was walking out of the store, the plastic bag that had the contents of the items broke, and the tomato source inside fell from the hole underneath. As I tried to remedy the situation I was too late as the bottle had already broken, and had messed up the rest of the items in the bag.

I was right at the entrance of the store as I was going into my park which was parked on the front entrance.

On returning the items to the returns till - the supervisor asked me to wait while she was checking with the store manager. On her return, she told me, they could not assist as the incident happened outside the store.

I left all the items I came to purchase behind as everything was spoiled and covered with Tomato Sauce and I couldn't take them with me.

This is the first time I ever received such bad service from a chain retailer and I am very disappointed with Spar as a supermarket. I might be one in a million of your customers but based on this incident, I will not have anything pleasant to share about my experience.
