Bad Customer Service

<p><br />I bought a bottle of vodka at Tops @ SPAR-Turrfontein, the plastic tore off and the bottle fell and broke. I told the manager and he does not want to refund or give me another one. At 1st the manager denied being the manager, they even denied being part of SPAR, and then they threatened to kick me out of the store, I then called the police and the manager suddenly admitted to being the manager but the police couldn't help me. I later returned to buy another one and asked them to take my details down so they can contact me later, the staff ignored me, including the manager/supervisor.</p>
