Bad customer service

I'm not happy with the service I received at Spar Waterloo by a cashier named Purity..Me and my sister waited for more than 10 minutes standing in the queue and she was not working but staring into space not asking if we need assistance.. Her service is very poor and needs to be desciplined accordingly cause that's not what I call customer service.
