Bad customer experience at Spar Khayelitsha

Dear Spar

Please teach your security staff at the exit door the importance of customer service. They requested a receipt for check up or whatever it is that they do there. I gave them the receipt and to my surprise the lady signed it and threw it away on the floor and when I asked for my receipt back she had a nerve to tell me that she threw it away and I must search for it myself coz she thought I left, even after explaining that I was shifting to give way to other customers, she danced, laughed and emphasised that I must look for the receipt on the floor. If this is how you train them to handle customers I'm afraid its not the right way and it reflects bad on the image of spar as a whole. I for one will never shop there again, would rather go to other supermarkets where my money would be valued. And I'm very much disgruntled and disappointed
