Bad costumer service

I went to ventersdorp spar today to buy breakfast as I usually do,but today I asked if the food is fresh as I saw it does not look fresh the lady who was helping me told me it's not fresh I asked if I can get fresh food she told me to go to the manager I then requested the manager I was told that he is not around he went to wimpy. And I was told either I buy or I must go to another store
