bad client

<p>I went to superspar yesterday and I was assisted by Ntombi Ndlovu she greeted asked if I needed a packet everything was fine the problem started when she asked me to swipe my card the transaction declined with an attitude "Did you insert your card" I told her that she said I must swipe she told me that she has been working with these cards she wouldn't have said I must swipe meaning that I was lying. Secondly after I inserted my card she got off her looking for her pen then again with an attitude says " Read what the machine says " I was disappointed I thought of calling her manager but I was very angry and I didn't want to cause a scene but Ntombi needs to learn how to treat consumer that was bad client services I don't know whether she saw that she was older than me but that's not how is works.</p>
