Bad Chicken - Refund and more...

I bought a packed of fresh chicken on Monday 17 August 2015. When arriving home I opened the packet and the chicken was OFF! I took it back to the Spar on Tuesday after work. The manager on duty, Benedict, didn't hesitate to refund me my money AND he also gave me another packet of chicken which cost more than my original packet. He said it's because they pride themselves in freshness and my packet wasn't fresh and also for the inconvenience caused. Wow! This gentleman was extremely friendly and really did go the extra mile - this is why the All Saints Shopping Centre Spar in Olivedale is MY SPAR! Thank you guys, keep up the great service and you will always have me as a customer :)
