Bad cake

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife at Spar in betrams Johannesburg and personally spoke to the bakery manager Mr Simba. I odered a 10 inch fruit cake and collected on the 10th of Dec 2017. Upon collection I could feel the cake was very light for a fruit cake. When my wife cut the cake it was more of a sponge chocolate cake with nuts inside which they don't put put in their fruit cakes. I phone Mr Simba who asked me not to report the matter and promised to make another cake for me before Christmas. Mr Simba had since been ignoring me and no cake for Christmas.
