BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM MANAGER

Went to spar in Parow Valley yesterday with a friend, she took some biscuits which was by the R9.99 price, when we got to the till , apparently the smaller one is R9.99 but not the one we took. So we wanted to return it, manager came to do the necessary authorisation, manager gave a big sigh and some attitude which was really not appreciated. I did not catch her name, but it was at the Spar in Parow Valley, a Caucasian manager with blonde hair. @SPAR please speak to your managers, this is not the type of behaviour that managers should use towards customers, really dissapointed.
