bad bad service from Pinky Spar Rosebank

what a bad experience at Spar Rosebank,I wanted to exchange olives and I was told by Pinky who apparently is supervisor that I have to wait for the managers that went for a smoke . I waited 12min and to my surprise when the manager PJ returned from smoke break told me that Pinky that said I should wait should have assisted me. worse Pinky didn't even bother to apologies instead we argued because I asked her why she waisted my lunch time . So at Spar Rosebank if the managers are off sick, on lunch , smoke breaks client should wait for them like I was told to. Pinky was a service cc and guards to argue with a clients.
