BAD BAD Customer Experience

Today at about 14:17 I made few groceries at Superspar Mall @ 55, when I was about to pay I advise a Teller that I would like a Cash back of R500 I could not believe the attitude I was given by a Teller - she said she doesn’t have money on her so I asked if she can perhaps get it from anywhere else. A lady that claimed to be a manager called Priscilla came and asked what is an problem L, I told her I want a Cash back of R500 then she rep**** that a Teller told you that there is no money. So I asked the whole store at that time does not have R500, she said no and turned away. I could not believe that Spar can hire such *********** people to be their managers, both the Teller and her manager were plain rude and they did not care. Please provide customer care training to your staff so that they are fit to deal with such, I am very disappointed . I was not asking for free money I was just asking to draw as it’s safer to do it inside the store rather than an ATM
