BAD BAD BAD MANAGEMENT SPAR LION SQUARE

I went to Spar Lion Square where I go EVERY DAY and pointed to a manager (Elroy) that the Rye Squares are very small as I buy them almost everyday. He took one with his bear hands and said "Well it looks fine to me". So I said will you pay R5.00 for theses buns he just walked away. So now my question is what example does he set for the staff. Touching the buns with his bear hands and then put them back. They might think they the SPAR of the year but it was the staff that won the award definitely not the management . I please need to know what steps was taken although SPAR is huge and this might be nothing to you I still want a answer
