Bad, Awful Service & Treatment from Spar Tops Manager, Carlswald Midrand

I just got a very awful service from The Spar Tops manager at Carlswald Lifestyle Center in Midrand. First thing the product that I was buying, which happened to be the last item available in-stock, had a damaged lid. I showed it to the cashier which she then went to the Manager, who happened to be rude saying I either take it or leave it. Secondly, the price on the shelf was different when I got to the till, it was R15 more when they scanned it. The manager was then called to come do a void or review the price, he said he can’t help me I must leave if I won’t take it for that price. I have photos of the item with damaged lid, price at the shelf & the price I paid. I will attach all the evidence, I’m really angry & very annoyed with the kind of treatment & service I got from that guy. I think Rico or something like that is his name
