Bad attitude from cashier Flora Maleke

Good morning

I had the worst service experience ever at Spar Witfield. I went to till number 9, cashier 49 and met a cashier by the name of Flora Maleke.

When I got to the till she was talking to a packer and continued to do so for close to a minute. I then put all the items on the till .

She took the items and never said anything to me or gave any eye contact. Then she looked up and said with a condescending tone " plastic" of which I refused.

While scanning she realized that there was no barcode on the chilli.

She said to me in a disrespectful tone , "you didn't weigh the chilli".I informed her that I never saw anyone at the scale to measure them.

She sent the same cashier that she had a private conversation with for a minute earlier to go and weigh the chilli.

I was now fed up with her disrespectful approach and I asked her why she never greeted me or asked if I have a Spar loyalty card. Instead of being honest and saying she forgot. She **** and said she would have asked me after the transaction.

I told her I will tell her supervisor about her misconduct , she said " you are welcome to I don't care" I proceeded and requested the manager. When the manager arrived I explained what happened and requested details to take the matter further.

I will take this to every level possible if need be, I will not tolerate this level of disrespect . under no circumstances.
