Bad Attitude and Rude Swearing Behavior

Today I went to spar in Sterkspruit going to buy breakfast, the lady who was serving got her hand on mushrooms and when I tell her to be careful she gave me an attitude and also swear at me trying to show her the wrong thing she's doing. When I report the issto the manager Ray, he did nothing about it and told me they will look into on the cctv. I ended up leaving and not buying while am hungry and am not sure if I will ever go to a shop where they hire employees who show attitude to a regular customer at Sterkspruit spar everyone know me there am always there to buy but now am not coming back due to failure to attend to this issue at hand.
