Bad attitude and bad customer service

I went to feather square kwikspar to buy a coldrink and OTT or blu voucher on 19 march 2024 at 08:44 am. I was at the till when a teller by the name of Keneilwe was busy talking to her colleague and not assisting me. Without even greeting me she rang my coldrink and I asked her nicely to give me ott voucher, then she said they don't sell any voucher but only airtime.

I paid for my coldrink and left but asked a guy who was at kwikspar liquors just next to kwikspa if I could purchase a betway voucher and he assured me that they do sell it at kwikspar and told me to go back to the store.

I went back to kwikspar and asked Keneilwe that why did she tell me that they don't sell a betway voucher, and I immediatley took out the money and asked her to give me a 20 rand blu voucher. She answered me that how can she know such things because she doesn't gamble. I told her that the reason she didn't hear me is because she was talking to her colleague while I needed help. Keneilwe went on and on and told me to who do I think I am and told me to leave. I asked to speak to the manager, but she went on and on back chating to me in front of her manager. She also told me to get the hell off her in front of her boss. Her manager tried to talk to her but she couldn't listen and shouted at me and told me to get the hell out the store. I left and told the manager that I am gonna escalate this matter forward. I was so disappointed because I was treated badly and shouted at by someone who could have assisted me. I didn't even buy the voucher. My day is ruined. This is their contact number ***
