Bad Attitude! Alcohol Shelf left open on Sunday!!!

Sunday I went to Spar Witfield, to buy a gift in the form of wine. When I got to the wine shelf it was open. I selected a bottle of wine and a bag to place the gift in. When I arrived at the cashier the cashier very rudely said she won't sell me the wine. I asked for the manager. The cashier started serving other customers over my items. I asked her what she was doing. I had to wait 10 min in the Q to get served. I waited 10 mins no manager I asked her to ring the bag up. She did and after I paid, I saw the price was wrong, I paid R 12,99 and on the shelf R 9,99. I asked her to sort out the price and a lady walk with me to check the price and saw the Price she went back and this time call the Manager Petros over the PA again. She refused to pay back my money. The servers was really bad. The alcohol shelf was assesable not close all the other spar closes there shelfs. I want my money back<br>
